CARE INSTRUCTION

Thank you so much for purchasing our qualified product. Please take your time to read this instruction once you buy it in order to keep the product durable.

Silver stainless steel products:

Try to avoid water, humid places and chemicals.

If touching water or wiping with water, please wipe with a soft dry cotton cloth.

If get stains, talcum powder can be used to clean.

It is recommended to use a soft dry cotton towel to clean daily.

 

Golden stainless steel products:

Try to avoid water, humid places and chemicals.

After hand touching please clean with a dry cotton towel asap because sweat can corrode the golden colour surface. If get stains, talcum powder can be used to clean.

It is recommended to use a soft dry cotton towel to clean daily.

 

Wooden furniture products:

For stainless steel part: Maintenance will be same as above.

For wood part:

Try to avoid water, humid places and chemicals.

Please clean the dust or dirty print with very soft cotton towel lightly or better with feather duster.

 

For Mattress:

Always use a protective sheet or insulation sheet between mattress and base. To avoid tearing or ripping of the mattress surface, base slats support the mattress must be no more than 7.5cm apart. A centre support rail of all double mattresses and above. Avoid sitting on the mattress edge as this action may damage frame, springs or border.

Rotate the mattress every 2 weeks for the first 3 months and monthly thereafter

Handles are to be used for positioning the mattress. Don’t use handles to lift the mattress Do not expose the bed to direct sunlight

Remember your new mattress will take approximately 30 days to adjust to your body contour.

 

For Leather & Fabric:

Avoid placing your furniture in direct sunlight. All materials will fade over time if placed in direct sunlight

The accumulation of body oils and/or oils from hair, sweat, dirt, and grime will accelerate the wear process, which may cause discoloration and surface damage. When cleaning pay special attention to wear areas such as seats, arms headrests, footrests that come in direct contact with skin or hair.

Do not allow your pets on your lounge

Do not use any acids, solvents, corrosive chemical agents, fingernail polish and remover, bleach, glue and household cleaners or any other chemicals on your lounge

Do not leave newspapers on your furniture. The ink in the newsprint may rub onto the leather/fabric

 

Cleaning Leather:

Leather is a natural material, which will last a long time, but only if maintained correctly. Leather must be cleaned and conditioned regularly to avoid the leather from drying out and cracking

Use specialist leather cleaning products regularly and fully clean your leather furniture every 6 months to remove dirt as well as the gradual accumulation of body oils and perspiration

The regular application of a leather conditioner will also prolong the life of your leather. Always use a specialised leather care products in accordance with the instructions. Alternatively, contact a leather cleaning specialist to clean your leather for you

Wipe down surface weekly with a slightly moistened soft, clean dye free cloth

Prolonged exposure to heat can cause leather to dry, crack and become hard. Try to maintain at least 50cm between furniture and heating sources

Dust your leather lounge suite weekly or use the soft brush attachment on your vacuum cleaner

Avoid exposure to sunlight as all coverings will fade if left in direct sunlight for prolonged periods

 

Cleaning Fabric:

For best results, we recommend that you contact professional upholster cleaner

All fabrics require regular vacuuming (weekly/fortnightly) with a clean upholster attachment, as dust will cause premature wear and discolouring if left.

Treat spills and marks immediately. Gently scrape any soil or mop any liquid from the surface of the fabric. If spills do occur, blot area do not rub. If using any cleaning product, we recommend that you first test the product on a hidden area to ensure fabric and colour are not removed

Rotate reversible and interchangeable cushions regularly

Keep away from direct heat sources and avoid areas that might be damp

Avoid exposure to sunlight as all fabrics will fade if left in direct sunlight for prolonged periods
